Blueprint Transportation Amendment Form
Amendments to the Transportation Blueprint are considered twice per year. Applications for the spring amendment cycle are typically due in November and fall amendment cycle applications are typically due in May. To initiate an amendment, please complete this form to begin the review process. Long-Range Planning staff will review the form and will be in contact within 10 business days.
